Applying to “Pupil’s e-cards” on portal www.eriga.lv extended to September 5
”Rīgas satiksme” calls on parents of pupils in forms 1, 5 and 10, as well as parents of those pupils who are changing educational institutions to apply for “Pupil’s e-cards” electronically on portal www.eriga.lv until September 5 inclusive, which will make it possible to receive the cards in educational institutions as of September 15.
Parents having filled in the application on September 6 or later, will be able to receive the “Pupil’s e-card” in one of six customer service centres of ”Rīgas satiksme” after presenting an identity document (a passport or an eID card). For the “Pupil’s e-card” to fulfil its function, it has to be submitted to and signed by the school’s headmaster.
"Rīgas satiksme” reminds that when you fill in an electronic application to the “Pupil’s e-card” on portal www.eriga.lv, data about the pupil and his/her school are selected automatically, you have just to add the pupil’s photo. Based on the information received, “Rīgas satiksme” will print the “Pupil’s e-cards” and deliver them to the school until September 15, where the cards will be signed by the headmaster and issued to pupils.
The “Pupil’s e-card” is issued to pupils who study in one of Riga’s comprehensive educational institutions, as well to those pupils whose place of residence is declared in Riga but who study in a comprehensive educational institution registered outside Riga.
